It wasn't what you imply it was, don't confuse gaijins. Ѳѳ was just a variant of Фф and sounded exactly the same /f/, it just was used for etymological reasons in nouns and proper names of the Greek origin where theta was used, like Ѳeдop (compare Theodor).

Seems unreliable. How did they get 19 vowels for Norwegian? Sure you can get that in certain dialects, but if you take standard spoken Landsmål you have 17 traditional vowels and you can also add the short æ stolen from English, making the total number 18. How do you get 19?

And for diphthongs, 6 for Norwegian? I don't know. Some of them are really rare. There are 3 original ones that have existed from the beginning, and depending on dialect, you can also add "ai" which has been getting common at least for 100 years. I guess it could be right. We have a few old ones with only a few words like "åi" and "ui", but I guess if you can include recent ones we get 6. The "ej", seen in words like "bacon", "lame", "safe" and many more, and I guess "åi" is more common nowadays with words like "cowboy", "soya" and maybe a handful others. So I guess it's more updated than I expected, because this makes 6?

Your writing system is the opposite of phonetic. There are no reasonable rules to deducting the sounds value of your vowel letters and diphtongs, whether they are silent or not. The correct reading of many personal names is nigh-impossible without the prior knowledge. So your bragging about not using accents is as hypocritical as your foreign policy.
