Why do Danes have the best English? Is it the education system

This is how I know you've never conversed with a Danish person. Because it's literally the opposite.

We start learning it at an early age and the languages are pretty similar. Most danes have a pretty thick accent though, no idea where you got that from.

Danish is a hideous language, even kids know anything else would be better.

I don't know why we're surrounded by all these retards. Finnish is even worse and Norway doesn't even know what their own language is. Just be normal.

Swedes are the most butthurt and autistic people in the region, literally the parisians of the north.

All the media (films, games etc) here is imported and rarely ever translated. The translations usually suck as well so I guess people don't even like them.

Most Danes I've spoken to online have very good verbal speaking skills however I never heard anyone without an accent.

Most danes do have an accent, but the pronunciation and pitch of danish is very simmilar to english that you can pass it off as someone speaking in a funny voice, but not a dialect.

It's the same reason why some dutch and german dialects also speak with near perfect english.

What makes danish different is the Stod and Stress, which doesn't apply when speaking english because english words aren't structured around it.

danes are obsessed with english. They think it makes them trendy and modern. They even use it among themselves all the time.
Don't even think it is possible for a dane to say a couple sentences in danish without replaceing a
perfectly normal danish word with an english word.
They use every opportunity to speak english. When went to copenhagen last year, multiple times danish persons answered back in english when i talked to them, even though i speak fluent danish (slight accent).

Nordics in general are really good at speaking English. The top 5 countries on EF's English proficiency index are always the Nordic countries and Netherlands. Pic related is from 2015 I think. 2016 has the same 5 countries on top, but in a different order.
