i guess also movies, games, etc hobbies in general. if you're using it / hearing it a lot you're gonna learn it. that's how a lot of people learn better english tbqh

Speak and listen to natives, it's the absolute best way to learn a language. Also read, Hunger Games helped me a lot when basic, and Pynchon helps now. Kafka is good for German too.
