The "white slav" is a myth, the "white slavs" are either Russified Finno-Ugrics or Polonised Germans/Balts.

Estonians are neither Slavic nor Baltic.
Estonians are Finnic.

The Russians living in Estonia are generally quite swarthy, because they're from either southern regions of Russia or eastern Ukraine.
