No amount of training can fix how poorly Arab armies are structured. They have too much nepotism and they pit parts of their own militaries against each other to prevent a coup. A lot of the Saudi's problems also come from the fact that they often don't train on the equipment they use in battle. They'll buy expensive new US vehicles and then never properly learn to use them.
They also base performance in training on memorization which doesn't translate well to the battlefield.
