I feel you, it's even worse here california. super hot yet ocean temperatures are uber cold. 15c/60f is the hottest it gets like a month out of the year while outside is 40c/100+f

Let me tell you about water temperatures, anon. Even lakes, which warm up rather faster than oceans, still do so slowly. In Finland it's pretty routine for lakes to be cool/cold before July, and right now the warmest ones you can find are maybe 17 degrees, at best. The Baltic Sea still had remnants of ice earlier this month.

One week of sunny weather isn't going to do shit.
