Start watching Latino American shows with English subtitles that will get you used to hearing the language. I mean, the obvious thing to do is to go to a Spanish course on your local school/college but if you don't want that then Duolingo is a good start, the Spanish language is very easy to learn.

I personally recommend films from countries that speak Spanish, since the television programs are simple and sometimes they don't have much sense in their dialogues, in movies at least you have quality, songs are useful too, singing them is quite useful to improve pronunciation, just like tongue twisters, to take lessons in Spanish or listen to youtube videos in Spanish also helps
