Was browsing Senegal on Google Maps when I saw this. Notice how all the buildings are concrete and you see very little modern technology like cars (except one) and telephone lines? I thought this might give people a good idea of what ancient Rome would've been like but with plaster covering the concrete walls and decorated with Roman imagery.

Some of the older parts of Dakar still have Medieval architecture which isn't too far from Roman architecture and is more dense. But the buildings are mostly painted white which makes it look like ancient Greece
