France is named after an originally Dutch tribe. And Dutch migrants apparently killed and replaced the people who build stone henge. While the native Frisians here and many Dutch tribes have been replaced by German saxons. And the south of the Netherlands has been mixed with Romans and still look different today.

In the past it was normal for tribes to migrate around as there were no real borders and countries yet.
