Fun fact: most old ladies who have hair like that didn't actually mean to turn it that colour. They're usually people who were blonde when they were young, but now their hair has turned white. When blonde people's hair goes white, traces of yellow are still left over from their youth, thus making a pale yellow shade that people tend to find unattractive. They use a product called "Blue rinse" to counter-act the yellow, being as blue is the opposite of yellow, but some people use too much and turn their hair blue.
