No clue friendo, I'm sick, have a fever, and it's over 30 where I'm at. I'd guess because it's only uncomfortable for such short periods of time due to heat that no one thinks it necessary to also install a cooling system.
For now I'll just keep kiffing and hoping that the forecasted rains cool things down.

Because until a decade ago we'd only have a single day over 30C in summer.
