We don't really have a equivalent of "fucking". I wish we had. Instead we say "putain".
You would say "fucking" about the heat.
Like this "I'm sick of this fucking heat".

They have shorter words and it's easier to make a small sentence like "eat shit cunt" instead of "mange de la merde connard"

I would translate that sentence as "Ich habe genug von dieser Scheiß Hitze!"
which literally means "i have enough of this shit heat"
But if you really want to emphasize that your mood is shit, and not the heat, you could say "Ich bin so angekotzt von dieser Hitze" whhich means "I am so vomitted from this heat"
