Eh kinda, sometimes we refer to the wife of a man as "su mujer" which translates to "his woman" even though there is a literal translation for "wife" which is "esposa"

We probably said "su esposa" more frequently in formal occasions

[Woman] can mean [wife] when it's possessive.
[Your woman] = [your wife]
[My woman] = [my wife]
....
However in any other context [woman] is just a [woman].
