yes. we already lost an entire city to rich asians, and these days I'm seeing more of toronto getting swallowed up by moneyed asians and indians, my neighborhood has tenants who moved in, not married just a group of like 8 friends or something who each drive new BMWs, ferraris, lambos and etc.

i go to the gym and every single BMW/luxury car has an indian/asian owners. i'm also friends with the younger generation and alot more tend to be the ambitious types who always look to get ahead although they tend to be dumber than me and have a middle-man merchant mentality.

we have good trickle down mechanisms in place, but i think its ambivalent when your population becomes competitive, well-educated and so-on. its an entirely different feeling than europe's immigrants who are a nuisance but not competition.

the twist is, i'm also asian.
