My last year of elementary school they refused to let us have recess because to many kids were "playing rough". They made us sit on the cafeteria floor, not at the tables, the fucking floor like animals for one period everyday. You couldn't even talk with your friends or you would get written up.

Except there was a page in your diary that the teacher signs when you leave and come back, so you had to take your diary to the bathroom with you (very unhygienic now that I think about it)

Some teachers wouldn't let some students out because they seemed to use the bathroom too often which is pretty stupid

Some years I'd lend my diary to friends because I barely ever needed the bathroom during class
