I really don't know. I think that V4 formula is not really useful for Poland. If we want to have a strong ally against the EU, we have America, we don't need Hungary or Czech Republic desu. This created an atmosphere of hostility whenever you say something is rumuński (romanian).

It's so bad that If I had a Romanian friend and wanted to introduce him to Polish friends I would say „To jest Mihai, jest z Rumunii” which means "It's Mihai, he's from Romania" instead of „To jest Mihai, jest Rumunem” translating to more natural "It's Mihai, he's Romanian" to avoid the implication that my friend is a gypsy and I wanted to insult him.

You would become a highway of trade, investment flows and money flows that would make everybody stronger: Western Europe (especially Germany), Russia and China. Such situation in which all these three players are happy, growing and getting richer is very unsuitable for Americans who try to put a stick in the spokes. Such situation in which you will create a new security system in Eurasia and new economical system privileging German/Russia/China endangers future of dollar. That's why we are experiencing war in Ukraine: because it helps to isolate Russia from Western Europe. That's why we experience diplomatic flip-flops of the US : to isolate Russia from China.
