Don't tell me its a recurrence of your folliculitis or you're another autist with Dermatitis Herpetiformis from his Celiacs

Wherever you see fit for yourself

>>76053680
>>76055897
Give me a picture and tell me if you have a fever, itch or other important symptoms and their chronology, that'll narrow it down to the commonest three

And if you were bit by something or touched something and you have allergic/irritant contact dermatitis go to the emergency room
>>
What kind of doctor are you

People have been saying this since 2013

But wrapping up Internal Medicine and going off-track from neurology to subspecialize in infectious diseases and cardiology

time to move to another site. i havent posted here so much anymore

i only see the same types of posters postings the same shit. too many /pol/acks and chinks obsessed about id politics. all they do is be negative or offensive against someone else. not even be cynical contrary to their views of themselves

they are boring af and none of my business. in the first place they dont want to have a discussion but just be competitive like 10yo kids. this board just failed to bring new users. also flags are illusion. these represent nothing and are useless.
>>
>>76056999
There's a bit of safety in the repetition and tedium for me, I think I should also pursue more challenging things in my freetime

Finish a Java book and write anything worthwhile
>>
>>76056999
Nice get

What I meant to say unselfishly is that this website is more of a crutch for me personally that social outlet
>>
hey sudan faggot, why you stopped sending me emails?
>>
>>76058206
I never sent anyone any emails, not even my family receive whatsapp messages

Sometimes isolation is more comfortable
>>
>>76058289
I do remember talking with someone from sudan via email here.

post pictures of your hood.
>>
>>76058339
Yeah that was me how are you doing?

I'd rather not post clues to my location if another sudo is watching
>>
>>76058508
why there's not more african posters on int?
>>
>>76058565
Well Bro

For Sudan its a matter of culture and restriction to Arabic social media, the rest of the continent probably doesn't care about 4chan because they're afraid of horrendous abuse

Glad to see your back but your posts were usually well balanced and informed, I thought you left this shithole for good
>>
>>76058708
I've been browsing other websites, got banned for a month for shitposting, being on discord now.

Trying to get back at college and so on.

how bout you?

I'm still very active on hispachan now.
>>
Who is your favorite poster?
Mine is Dr. Sudan, everyones favorite coma patient molester
>>
>>76051618
are you an actual doctor?
>>
>>76058761
I have achieved virtually nothing in that time frame, applied for a job but had a falling out

>>76058782
Thank you sir I'll be sure to give Turkish patients a happy ending
>>
>>76058848
do you use your time reading books and youtube conferences rather than shitposting?
>>
>>76058846
No

I heal patients with the power of love
>>
>>76058888
Even worse no

I read sparsely and I waste my time on tech review websites having debates, read interesting medical stuff and try to find new customers for websites (drupal) but they're all scam artists

Threadripper will hurt Intel I can feel it

I know you japs are obsessed with China and see any criticism of japan as Chinese but there really aren't many here.
>>
sudan poster what do you know about ulnar nerve palsy?
>>
>>76060791
Quite a bit actually, one diagnosed a family with a rare condition called Hereditary Sensory Neuropathy with liability to pressure palsies because of inherited ulnar and fibular neck grooves

Are you naturally susceptible to it because of a shallow groove as well and did you try duloxetine?
>>
are u a doctor or a specialist?
>>
>>76060914
my hand has been slightly numb for more than a month and I got it checked out and was given ibuprofen and a wrist brace. Movement and sensation in my fourth and fifth digits is limited and my grip strength is weaker. It's not that bad though. Just wish I could go back to normal.
>>
>>76051618
They say traffic to the site used to be slower but aside from spam which mods mistakenly thought was the biggest issue it felt much faster than now.

That is because things were HAPPENING, now you just have boring shit users from reddit everywhere who never understood this site, many boards are frankly alien to what things were

And while you have ridiculous captchas for every post to reduce spam, ccrap like OP's picture and the million oh-so-creative-and-witty frog pictures drag on for years on the front page while spammed memes would last a few memorable months.

And even with captchas and dying traffic (because none of these new visitors in recent years intend to stay), most of the mods refuse to do their job correctly. And they excuse half of it as "board culture".

Doctor with an interest in rare conditions

>>76061042
You have a seemingly distal entrapment that would benefit from surgical interventions. If we assess the electrical activity of the affected muscles with an electrode (electromyography) we'll find diminished activity because of nerve entrapment. The longer you let it linger the more permanent it might be, but the results of the test would convince any surgeon and any doctor to give you decompression surgery, with or without transposition. An MRI would help but would probably be requested by the surgeon

Surgery has minimal risks in expert hands and the variations have little differences in outcome. Sometimes you need to push these doctors. If you have neuropathic pain I wouldn't have even given you Ibuprofen, amitryptiline or duloxetine would be much better

What really bewilders me is the wrist brace as if there's no need to assess any underlying anatomical damage, leading to entrapment, and further augmenting the entrapment itself if it's lower down the line around the wrist
>>
>>76061365
sup m8.
how bout you?
>>
>>76051618
Yeah
>>
>>76061210
Feel like I missed it's peak t. b. h., the real 4chan prior to 2012

And what's weird is why nobody took the concept of anonymous forums and pushed it further, the scripts aren't even that sophisticated and good developers could give it gobs of polish and features
>>
>>76061492
Hello, my friend. It's been a while since I last heard from you. I hope you are well.
>>
>>76061390
I have a question for you, what are your thoughts on vaccines. There's a small but loud group of doctors in the west who are against vaccinations. Are they scammers? Are you aware of their claims?
>>76061411
Are you really trying to go back to school?
>>
>>76061599
Doing alright J, was thinking about you the other day.

As you can see I've adopted the life of a hermit to avoid social pressures

yeah, I guess is better than rotting as a loser neet in my home.
>>
>>76061656
You're a funny guy
>>
>>76061626
most of anti vaccines people are conspiratards that believe that the NWO will vacine them so they get sterile and die.
>>
>>76061648
>was thinking about you the other day
No homo, right?
>>
>>76061626
Definitely pro, note that by living here and amongst people with similar antipathy to vaccines, the recurring epidemic, it's hard to be otherwise

I've never really delved into the studies anti-vaxxers, my parents were also caught up in it back in its beginning and interestingly enough my and my elder brother as both aspies
>>
>>76061749
Yes of course, just in a fraternal way and about the emails

Felt guilty for cutting it short but then again I cut every single conversation short out of social anxiety

Here's the website of one of the most famous and followed physicians in the states. Take a look at whenever you get a chance. I haven't finished reading it but it seems to me like the major part of discontent is the high amounts of mercury and aluminum, which I do agree should never be meant to go inside of human. Cheers doctor and go easy on the coke(as the soda)
>>
>>76061819
Don't worry about it.
>>
>>76061390
It's not painful. All that was checked was whether I could move my fingers side to side, extend them backwards, and push and resist the doctor's hands. Do you know what could cause it? I was told it could be caused by resting your elbow/arm on something for too long and I gotta admit I do do that. The back of my elbow where the nerve is did get hit too but that happened a few months before I started feeling numbness in my fingers.
>>
>>76061706
>conspiracytards
Do you post on glp?
>>
>>76061968
>mercury and aluminum
That doctor claims that those cause autism, and that's simply false
Thankfully our laws are becoming more and more extreme against these "people"
>>
>>76061968
Thanks bro, looked it up and there is evidence to suggest a causal link between Aluminum adjuvants and autism, I'll give it a more thorough read but it seems well founded

>Cheers doctor and go easy on the coke(as the soda)
Cheers, and my mom nonjokingly demanded an intervention lol after I demolished two M. Dew cans, a 2L bottle of Fanta Orange and 1L of Pepsi within a few hours
>>
>>76062083
We'll it's a pretty long article which needs to be looked into depth to simply just come out and say "mercury b good" I'm pretty suspicious about this whole vaccines issue. I understand anecdotal experience aren't evidence but my grandfather and mother on my fathers side were never vaccinated and they both lived pass their 80s. What gives? Isn't vaccines the ultimate solution to health?
>>
>>76062225
Lol yeah that sounds like addictive behavior.
>>
>>76061998
Thanks again J

>>76062036
Doesn't necessarily need to be painful, it could have its function affected

The back of the elbow is the commonest entrapment site, and some structural alteration probably accompanied the injury

This is a somewhat positive sign because it's not around the wrist where all the complicated anatomy is but an area more accessible

And it seems a bit progressive, you might have been experiencing elbow pains and talking ibuprofen for them? The inflammation might've settled a bit and left some fibrous tissue at the site of the injury

At this point you could do an EMG or Nerve conduction study to get the final word on the ulnar nerves condition and consider surgery it you consider it problematic, but at the hands of a very experienced surgeon. It'll decompress it, and I consider it persistent because you mentioned persistent numbness even if it wasn't rested, and might improve function, but I can't make promises
>>
>>76056201
>dry hump
Cant you give them something to encourage lubrication? Or you know, use lube?
>>
>>76062638
No the nurses will suspect something with the residual lotion
>>
>>76062723
How old are Sudanon? How many more years of school before you are a doctor?
>>
>>76062971
I am 27, and I finished everything to be a GP round about three years ago. Here we go through 5 years of intensive med school and a couple of years as a House Officer like the old British system. Then take Western exams to get accreditation. Then specialize properly which is where I am at

Take in mind I've been a NEET between 2014 and now so this is a good achievement in time
>>
>>76063209
that's cool. Thought you were still in basic med school. Are you thinking of immigrating after you conplete your specialty? I know here there are a lot of doctors from either India or sub-saharan africa.
>>
>>76063346
I have to immigrate and t.b.h. It's going to be gulf states for any remaining chances before looking towards America

Infectious diseases because it's very satisfying unlike neurology's depression and eventually cardiology.

Good night, anon, this is my limit today for shitposting on /int/
>>
>>76062036
go to a neurologist
