How about you stay in your own damn country? If your country is shit its because your people made it that way - your lineage.

The chances of getting in as a non-refugee are pretty small. To get in with a work visa you'd have to have competence that is in high demand in Norway, or if you already have a job ligned up. Even then, there are plenty of stories of eastern-europeans being unable to get jobs. Which could come down to factors like them being unable to speak norwegian, having a foreign name or eastern-europeans being stereotyped as a bunch of drunk thieves in norwegian society.
