This is not about his poverty or how he won't contribute to society economically, that's not the issue. The problem is his other contributions. If he doesn't see how awful the culture of Pakistan is, he'll probably keep following Pakistan culture when he comes here, and try to make European culture more like that of Pakistan.
Poverty isn't the only thing that makes Pakistan a shithole, just as important is the shitty culture.
