2) most exotic animal you've seen in the wild

I occasionally see black bears like pic related when I go to the rural part of my state (North Carolina)

and i'm not sure how "exotic" a peregrine hawk could be but i saw a bunch of them
>>
>>75719968
Also: I was unironically thinking that camel was more epic than the tiger there, lol
>>
>>75719747
>like pic related
spooky meme frogs?

The scariest I've seen in the wild is probably a pack of stupid stray dogs in the middle of nowhere, althoug I've seen bears in enclosures.

In Greece there are a handful of free bears in the northwest mountains, plenty of foxes, some wolfs and a shitload of freeroaming doggos.

I've also seen a wild boar when I was a kid, but usually they don't come near you.

Here all Germans are infested with some kind of desease that turns their skin completely red.

Stay away from them and call animal control immediately. They'll take them off the streets and put them out of their misery at once.
>>
>>75719747
A genet I guess or maybe dolphins. I have seen some foxes and a dead wild boar on the fucking beach and that's it. Well, many deers crossed the road while I was driving.

I forgot that I saw a couple of otters some time ago when I was runningn next to a river. And well, our roads are filled with dead hedgehogs

Well, as a Salvadoran, I have seen a fair share of exotic fauna throughout my life.

For example, pic related was a common sight at my university campus.
>>
>>75719747
When i used to live in a closed gate comunity we used to see owls hunting mice (there was a maze field next to us)

It was cool, there was an eagle too, not the bald fag eagle, a real golden eagle, lt was cool as fuck, now the wildest thing i see are notherners playing their polka and lizards

I live in southern mexico in a gated community where a river crosses and I have found so many wild animals like snakes, tlacuaches, iguanas and pic related which are a weird species of armadillo.
Also my dad that works in telecom engineering has seen several panthers and Jaguars when he's sent to repair or install equipment deep in the Jungle.

A fucking brown bear. These things are supposed to be extinct since about 200 years here. However with the iron curtain gone they move over from eastern Europe sometimes now. It was quite scary, considering these things can easily kill and eat you.

Hope they make them extinct again.

>>75719747

Yeah, here we have organizations breeding and releasing more and more bears each year. Personally I don't see where the good part is.

>exotic cunt
Only ever been to down in the states, so…I saw a road runner in nevada once
>>
>>75719747
That is the greenest and ugliest bear I have ever seen.
>>
>>75719747
In Brazil, capybaras, I guess. They're everywhere in my city, I've even seen a whole family with 4 little capybara babies eating the flower garden of the city hall.
However, I've seen a bunch of deers and a mountain lion in California, I don't know how common that is
>>

I used to see stuff like monkeys and toucans with a decent frequency on my old neightborhood, so I guess that. Also, capybaras, but they're so common here I wouldn't consider them that "exotic".

I saw a fucking pack of wolves in the woods couple years ago + damn bats made a roost on my balcony last summer. Those creatures are creepy af but i have to see them flying around every fucking night.
>>
>>75727224
They are cute as fuck, also only hematophage bats live in South America.

I've seen a lynx, and it was nice. And one time i've seen a bunch of brown bear cubs from afar. Only thought was "GTFO AND SILENT", almost shit myself.
>>
I saw a wild bologna once
>>
>>75727224
Bats are kinda cute, I'd like them if they weren't rabid
>>
>Florida

I've seen water moccasins, rattlesnakes, gators, dolphins, deer, wild hogs, a rabbit, and a fox in the wild on occasion.

I regularly see squirrels, big poisinous spiders, opossums, armadillos, skinks, and stray cats.
>>
>>75727224
Gotta be careful with bats since they can carry rabies.
But it depends where you live.
If you're in Siberia you probably have nothing to worry about
>>
>>75725154
Vultures eating roadkill are a common sight. I think it's great, it's interesting to look at and nobody has to bother cleaning up the carrion.
>>
>>75719747
I once went in a trip to the pampas and there were lotsa exotic animals, but i think the most interesting one is the bugio
>>
I see cougars all the time and it gets me wild horny when I do.

No mountain lions or pumas though.

What was the question?
>>
>>75727224
Bats are cool, they keep bug population down and usually the annoying ones.

>pack of wolves

Did they see you? Did you have anything to defend yourself and would it even have mattered?
>>
I once saw a hawk lift a squirrel out of my backyard. Had to do a double take to make sure that was happening. We have coyotes possums and bobcats about, but they're usually more active at night.
>>
Saw a fuckhuge dead snake on a road trip down to the grand canyon once.

Seen all kinds of birds of prey; hawks, eagles, owls.

Seen rabbits, wolves, deer, moose, various sea birds.

Seen sturgeons and all sorts of other less interesting fish.
>>
>>75727695
Also, every river I boat/kayak/tube down is 100% gator and water moccasin habitat. You just have to keep your eyes out for them, and you can avoid pretty much everything by sticking to the middle of the river since they tend to lurk along the lush, root covered banks. Water moccasins worry me more than gators, since they're way more common and harder to see.
>>
>>75727821
>Did they see you?
I don't think so, because i'm still alive
>Did you have anything to defend yourself
A little mushroom knife, been picking wild mushrooms.

I hunt these shits in Norway. They hate people so much they are extremely hard to find anywhere. Unlike the tame fuckers that go strolling in the middle of the town in Finnmark
