I don't think we hate anyone, we just dislike the typical anglo arrogance and egoism. Apart from Canada anglo countries tend to ask for special treatment every time or just mess everything up , even when everyone's well-being is at stake, just for short-term profit.

Speaking of Germany some major and present reasons are:
-They caused the refugee crisis by destabilizing Iraq and the Levantine region
-They oppose free-trade which most of Germany's wealth as an export-oriented economy depends on
-They use their air bases on our soil to conduct their human rights-violating drone operations with high civilian casualties.
-They have illegally abducted innocent German citizens in the recent past.
-They virtually monitor any data that goes through German Internet exchange points

Barely any Americans hate Europe. We mostly view Europe as a sort of amusement park and its slightly effeminate denizens as paid entertainers. You go there, look at some old buildings, listen to some funny accents, eat their weird food. And then you come back home to the real world. It's fun. There's no reason for us to hate them, they exist for our amusement.
