What's Padania?

It's a derogatory term toward Southern Italians, it comes from terra (earth) I think, it means peasant farmer/pleb or something like that.

Now it's just a catch-all term for anything Southerner, with a vaguely "proper" usage in Lombardy where "terunada" (thing a terrone would do) means something "mildly selfishly against the law" like parking where you couldn't
