I spent a week in Crete a while ago out of which 1 day in Sitia. It's nothing spectacular. A whole month in Sitia? Jesus.Crete is very overrated in general if you are not into ancient history.

I will admit this is the only thing worth visiting, except a month ago it was already crowded with tourists and there is only ONE toilet cabin for (potentially) thousands of people.
