Pretty much the same, but Canada has better living standards.

save for perhaps north-dakota, wisconsin and Minnesota, Americans apparently loathe eachother. They would rather piss on each other over politics on social media than work together. Canadians, on the other hand, seem to leave religion out of politics, coorporations out of lobbying politics and have a lower amount of extremists.
From what I gather from the few Canadians I have met and seen, they appear humble and down to earth.

Nobody can tell the difference when they speak, but in terms of social attitudes Canadians are respected a lot more. They're seen as more sensible and generally more intelligent than the average American. America for all of its faults is seen as a cooler place overall though.
