Why would we? Our blacks do much better than America's because they were free for more generations, and didn't have to deal with the type of segregation and racism that makes up the bulk of America's ethnic history.

In fact I think Canada would need affirmative action for whites considering how universities are populated mostly by immigrants or international students.
