The cyrillic alphabet is completely superior to the latin one, especially for Slavic languages.
> Alphabet is completely phonetic, no need for non standardized complicated and ambiguous letter combinations for a single sound.
>no arbitrarily silent letters
>Said phonetic alphabet does not have 5 different versions of S or C
> The cyrillic alphabet was tailored for Slavic phonology and makes slavic languages who use it much easier to read, instead of each word being a pile of CZSZWZVZYCZYCZ crap

latin and cyrillic are both indo european trash but we'll make do with whichever fits better and latin does just that.

We use latin alphabet and we have only a single way to pronounce any letter. Only 'ng' can be pronounced in two ways depending on the word.

No cyrillic letter combination has more than 1 way of pronouncing it, so you prove my point.

Well it's just a small exception. Alphabet doesn't make a language.

Of course, an alphabet has to fit a language, but unfortunately religion and politics have more of a role in choosing an alphabet than actual practicality, hence why the latin alphabet has so many unweildy versions, because so many languages are incompatible with it.
