But the problem isn't low self esteem here and even fucking watching anime keeps your mind more preoccupied than excercise.
I've been depressed for more than 3 years now and I can tell that excercise doesn't help at all from my own experience. But going to a psychologist could be a good idea. They know their shit and can give you great tips and help you figure out what the fuck is wrong with you.
