I have tree kinds of place for get a haircut here, if u go to the barbershop of the old ancient nigger its 5 bucks, if u go to the ladies saloon its 70 and if u go to the motorcycle bearded hipsters barbershop its 25 bucks. I like the motorcycle hipster place because they also sell some craft beers.

Of course you can spend much more if you go to some hipster hairstylist, and less than 10€ in china town. Turks are also good and have fair prices, but still prefer having two old sicilian hands massage my hair and face.

Just with water most of the time. Unless you have an unusual amount of oil or some kind of infection or disorder, you shouldn't have any problems with oiliness, dandruff, infection, etc.. Actually the oils protect your hair, and excessive use of shampoo means that there isn't enough oil left to do that job.
