I was born and raised in Argentina, but I was lucky to live in the center of a big city (not Buenos Aires) and my parents were middle class, so my life was there pretty normal. Of course Europe is much better, the police actually does its work, potholes get fixed within days instead of decades, public services work as they should, there aren't blackouts every week and cities aren't surrounded by entire neighborhoods made out of shitty shacks.
