Happened last year..
Like what the fuck? He would have gotten a middle income paycheck like the rest of my employees but nope, no tip no deal.

Kek people from America often react like that here in Sweden.
I used to work in a small fast food place in downtown Stockholm, always tourists in there.
We even had to put up a sign on each table saying "please don't tip the waiters, they get payed" since Americans (and others) always tried to tip us.

The expectation of tips has sadly become normal in the UK, even though people get paid by their employer. I used to work in a restaurant and they would bitch if people didn't tip.
