The construction labor force in this country is all white/black entitled cunts who work no more than they need to. They take breaks every 30 minutes and do absolutely fucking nothing. There needs to be an overhaul in the industry, training of mexicans, because mexicans aren't entitled cunts. They work 12 hours a day to not only feed their family here but back in their home country, that's what the industry needs.
