It's not even hard to lose weight, you can literally do almost all the work just by changing what you eat. Buy a box of frozen chicken breasts, put a few in the fridge for the next day. When they thaw, put a bit of olive oil and spice then throw them in the oven at 425 on bake for like 20 minutes. Stir up some veggies and rice, and there you go - good, healthy, and cheap.
