There's a space between the boarwalk and the houses which is in charge of home owners, and we are required to keep that clean and nice looking, usually with plants and grass, etc. The rest is not my problem

I mean I try to keep the sidewalk in front of my house clean and I have a buganvilia planted there
But it's surely responsibility of the city hall to keep it "good" condition

we had it like this until 2010
city cleaned it daily throughout whole year but if there was snowfall than you had to maintain it between their cleanups

now it's only city's duty
