We don't have any cheese culture like you guys do. Our chess is shitty. See, we only have tons types of so called 'hard cheese' but they are in fact the same and have the same bland taste, we also have different varieties of processed cheese which are I believe pretty popular. The only unique cheese we have is Circassian cheese but its quality has been been steadily going down so...I blame our food regulations that sucks and easy to get around.

Where does one even get peanut butter? I've only seen it in American movies and such.

Weissbier is too perfect.

1) Take two slices of sourdough bread, lay them on the counter
2) Cover one slice with nutella, not too much, just enough to get an even coating
3) Slather the other slice with peanut butter, probably three times as much as you put on the first slice. Crunchy peanut butter is god-tier, but creamy will work in a pinch
4) Take a banana, slice it into even slices, fairly thick, maybe around half an inch. You want to make just enough slices to cover the bread. Put them on the peanut butter half of your sandwich.
5) Close the sandwich
6) Take soft, room-temperature butter and butter both sides of the outside of your sandwich. This might sound a little messy, but if you do it right and on top of a paper towel it's actually very clean. Leave the crusts alone so you can pick it up by them
7) Throw a little more butter into a cast-iron skillet, just to make sure everything is nice and slidy. Warm it up to a medium-low heat and throw the sandwich on there.
8) Flip after 3-5 minutes, depending on the heat of your griddle. You can flip it multiple times if you want to - this ain't pancakes - but be careful. As the sandwich heats up the ingredients inside get a little more liquidy. Not by much, but make sure it doesn't flop apart mid-flip
9) Enjoy at 3:00 PM on a Sunday afternoon, sitting out on the back porch and listening to the birdsong. Goes great with a glass of lemonade or iced tea.

Variations:
Replace nutella with marshmellow fluff for grilled fluffernutter sandwiches. Or put them both on for a smore sandwich.
Replace nutella with a thick berry jam for a more fruity take. Fantastic with mint julep.
Put pretzel sticks or potato chips in right before grilling to give your sandwich an extra crunch, and add to the saltiness of the peanut butter to help cut through the sugary sweetness of the banana.
If it's early morning and you've got a hankering for heart attack, do the same as above but with these extra steps:
1) Whisk two eggs in a flat-bottomed bowl along with a splash of milk and your choice of spices: I like nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamum or sometimes even basil and oregano.
2) Instead of buttering the sandwich, dip it into the egg mixture on both sides, make sure to get a nice full coating.
3) Grill it up as usual.
Eat it like a sandwich, or put it on a plate and add butter and syrup, powdered sugar or jam for the final boss of french toast.
