also there was fog not solid weather and romanian ship basically rammed vessel

Sweden did something similar to the Russians a long time ago. The Swedish navy was mostly destroyed after a large battle. A couple Russian ships headed for Stockholm were taken out by Swedish fishing boats.

It was foggy and it happened north of Kilyos in international water so prolly both sides thought "well no one comes through here anyway so no need to worry" then this shit happened.Though can someone sue eachother in this scenario I wonder.
