And that's why I never buy off the plan. God damned yellow zombie horde is plaguing the city with expensive, low quality apartments that will look like ass in 5 years time.
In fact, I went to have a look at a 5 year old apartment the other month. Place is falling apart, appliances rusting, and the place looks like its been there for 20 years.
And what's worse is that every 2nd person I have to compete with on the market is some Chinese mainland dog who doesn't speak a lick of english living off their mum / dad / boyfriend's money.
I never wanted to gas the mainland Chinese this bad. And I'm a chink myself.
