I have a bidet attachment on my toilet and whenever I'm using another toilet I wet my paper in the sink if possible. I avoid public toilets because your stall usually does not have a sink.
I don't know if this is normal but I feel dirty if I don't do this and get self conscious about whether or not I smell like shit.
