2ch is way better than 4chan by all means, I am here only to learn language and because I like imageboards (I feel uncomfortable to use Reddit).
Well, 2ch is analogue of Reddit by user base and quality of posts. It's popular among youth, way less politicized than 4chan (mods keep politics in /po/ only) and even our politofags are better: they are more diverse, there are all points of view, leftists, rightists, liberals, etc, unlike in the 4chan, echo-chamber of various rightards.
Technically it's way ahead of 4chan, 4chan looks like stone age site from mid 00s.
We have more thematic boards and our b has actual discussions some of which are really interesting.
Average 2ch user is way more normie, better educated and so than average 4chan user.

I second this 2bh. 2ch is cool but I guess it would be boring for foreigners because they know nothing about ex USSR culture and memes. Also 2ch is politically mostly liberal and it would contradict ideals of average 4chan user.
