Why do frogs always say "I am a French"?
That's not right. You either just say "I'm French," or "I am I French person / Frenchman / whatever."
"French" is not a noun. No one is "a French."
And in general why is their English worse than any other nationality? I don't mean to be rude, I'm sincerely asking, kind of, lol. You see tons of Germans and Russians and Turks and every nationality you can think of posting on 4chan, and they're seemingly 100% fluent. The people with French flags are almost always posting in broken English. The only other country that comes close to them is maybe Japan.

Actually in Russian Russian is an adjective too. And Deutch in German. So its like normal.

On a serious note, it's just that we suck at English, and our translation is often copied literally from what we'd say in French (it's called "calquer" in frogspeak)
Typical example, in French:

a typical Frenchman would translate it to:
> "My exams put me the pressure"
in English. Whereas the correct translation is something like:
> "My exams are putting me under pressure"

That is why they are thinking in their language instead of thinking in English. It seems odd for germanic-language speakers but We are not nineteen or forty years old in our languages, We have those ages.
