Our public schools do, that's a fact here in California, they happen so few times though, I can barely remember what entails in an emergency drill, I remember turning off lights, and hiding (usually under your table or some shit)?? I farted in every drill, got a laugh like 3/6 times

We do too, but it's called a school lockdown. Only once or twice a year usually.

if the police find the school doesn't do them fast enough they make them do it again

varies by school district, they're pretty similar to earthquake drills
