You must use a valid secure trip to play, otherwise you won't be added.

Rules for politics;
1. NAPs may be broken, but the attacker will half his rolls for the next three turns.
2. Alliances can be broken, but an unbreakable NAP will occur for two turns, afterwards you may break the NAP
Each player starts with one territory.
