You need to go outside. Problem with this site is that you "meet people" even if it's online. You interact with people, humans love to interact. Even if some are introverts or extroverts. Interacting with people is something we find so much joy in.
So if you wish to leave this place, go outside and get a hobby that doesn't involve with computers.

I go outside for at least 8 hours a day because of school / work but afterwards this is the first place I come back to.

I tried working out as a distraction but you don't really interact with people in the gym.
