Present, past, future and maybe copretérito.

Everything else: just use present, past and future with the sentence structure of whatever verb form you wanted and we will understand.

For example, a lot of people struggle with subjuntivo.

If you say:

No sé qué es.

Instead of

No sé qué sea.

We will understand. You could even omit the accents, and mistake s for c or z and v for b; as long as what you write resembles how it sounds, we will understand. Non educated native speakers do it anyways.

The composite forms are just derivate from those + participle. Conditional is also important now that I think of it

Of course once you want to get deep in the game you need to learn subjunctive and whatnot, but the aforementioned ones should suffice for 95%+ of everyday speech
