2. Kind of depends if you wish to call wavy hair curly. Blondes can have wavy hair, some people have real curls but I guess it is a minority.
3. Depends really on the type of woman, it looks great on black women and Arab girls. But an Asian girl should not have curls.

Depends on what you call curly. Waves are pretty common, but natural curly hair is almost nonexistant. That doesn't stop girls from picking that hairstyle.

OP's pic is right about as curly as I'd be willing to consider nice. Any curlier would be considered ugly.
Straight hair needs good hair genes to look nice too. Too thin hair texture and you look like you're going bald. You need either thick hair or a great hairdo to make totally straight hair look good.
