We would end up fighting ourselves, low-class people would fuck up and steal eveything from middle class families and some of the high class while applying anarchy through the country and joining narcos. The military isn't capable enough of containing narcos of course they can't defeat neighbour countries (maybe Belize and Guatemala) while fighting in an out.

The only reason they are are allowed to get away with that nonsense right now because nothing is being threatened. It's why countries like peaceful, unthreatened Germany and Sweden are the biggest pussies but countries like America that are threatened more often have a more masculine element.
