Actually, scientific journals in general aren't that hard, I had to swim in many of those back in high school. It's actually easier to get the homework done. All you have to do is cite correctly.

Probably the Chinese since they dont have constraints from too many ethics laws, or the Japanese.

If we're talking about the west, either the brits or the krauts.
