Why can't the Japanese pronounce "r", but the Koreans can't pronounce "L"?

The korean sound ㄹ is something inbetween r and l. I found that koreans have easier time pronouncing L compared R

I think it's the other way around, plus japs can't pronounce words that end in consonants.
Ive never felt some incovenience by not distinguishing them

Japanese can pronounce ''r'', it's ''L'' which they can't pronounce.
Mainly because there is no actual ''L'' in the Japanese language. In actual fact, the japanese language is only really comprised of roughly 100 sounds, whereas most other languages like english have much more.
This is why it's difficult for Japanese people to pronounce english, because there is so much more sounds they have never used before.
