All you have to do to an American to make him look european is give him a dark brown jacket and a scarf and that's it. The point is that it's too hot here to dress like Europeans. On a nice summer day it's still between 20-25 over there (unless it's some rare week where it's over that) meanwhile it's easily 10-15 degrees hotter here even in New York
