No, not a chance. Look at how Trump actually feels about a given issue, instead of looking at his specific points or orders or documents mostly prepared by his staff. He doesn't give a shit about Canadian trade issues, and he won't pursue them very hard. At max, he uses the specter of drastic changes to NAFTA that might cripple our auto-industry in southern Ontario in order to extract a result on the softwood lumber dispute, a nice high-publicity trade issue that he can take back to the business community as a win.
