most metalheads in Mexico don't care about politics, and the ones that do care, rae mostly left-wing, but there are a lot of right-wing too, even brown nazis believe it or not.

Lots of metalheads are like "we wuz aztec/mayan warriors and shit" and they also link that to norse mythology and viking warriors, therefore also to nordic "metal culture"

There is yet not such thing like "El Vargo Villegas" but as far as I can tell the most famous oldschool mexican metalhead is Alberto Pimentel and overall he just mind his own business...

Apart from that, I don't think the most hardcore metalhead would ever run to the forests, because our culture never actually abandond our prehispaic traditions but merged them with the new christian ones, which means our prehispanic culture staid and kept developing within the cities and villages of the entire country so there is no need to "run away", just to focus on one side of our heritage

... and finally the thing that diehard-metalheads do in here is they tend to love rape, gore and disgusting shit like necrophilia and coprophilia
